Mr. Mehmet Ovungen was born on 19th April 1993. He obtained his BSc in Civil Engineering from Balikesir University, and he graduated in 2016. Besides, Mr. Ovungen has attended a great number of courses and seminars to take further his professional and personal development. Furthermore, Mr. Ovungen has conducted various projects while he was studying at the University between 2012 and 2016.

Having great social competencies, Mr. Ovungen has taken the responsibilities as a representative of the chamber of the civil engineers at the University. Also, he has organised seminars and events for four years. As a result, Mr. Ovungen has improved both his communicative and leadership skills.
